I’ll readily confess that I’m a big fan of the TV Series NCIS. One of the running “themes” in the shows are a set of rules which the lead character, Leroy Jethro Gibbs, has been compiling ovet the years.
A month ago I caught myself writing down Tobias Rules in my blog entries… so here’s where I’ll try and compile them as I go along.
#1: Thou Shalt Not Be Boring. Ever. Ever. Ever! (first appearance: Venue-Based Revisions )

… more rules (along with references etc) will come into play as we move forward.
